Cancellation Terms

• Orders can be cancelled before the shipment process begins. All cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement, through your account portal.

• Once shipment or dispatch is initiated, cancellation is not permitted; however, return options remain available after delivery, following the above policy.

• If cancelled before shipment, the full paid amount (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days.

The colours displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, but may differ due to screen settings. Variations in visual tone, embellishments (sequins, beads, pompoms), or handwork irregularities are normal and are not considered defects.
