Return & Refund Policy

BLUTEN MARKETING LIMITED strives to deliver a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to initiate a return or exchange, please follow the outlined steps and criteria below.

Steps for Returns & Refunds

  • Submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery, exclusively through your account portal on our website.

  • Once your request is received, it will be reviewed for eligibility based on our criteria. Approval or denial will be communicated via portal updates or email.

  • Upon acceptance, you may be asked for account details for verification and refund purposes.

  • Product pickup will be arranged by our team; all updates regarding this process will be available in your account portal.

  • The product will be collected from your doorstep by courier arranged solely by BLUTEN MARKETING LIMITED.

  • When the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection.

  • If eligible, the refund or exchange confirmation will be sent via the portal or by email.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and verified by us.

Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or is not in its original, unused condition.

  • Stains, odors, damage, or alterations to price tags or packaging are present.

  • The product has been washed, dry cleaned, or modified.

  • Items purchased under urgent dispatch requests, discount/sale/offer, EMI options, or with customization are not returnable.

  • Orders worth more than ₹50,000 are not eligible.

  • Jewellery, blouses, dupattas, and ready-to-wear sarees are final sale items unless there is a manufacturing defect reported within the specified time. For jewellery, a claim must be submitted with video proof within 24 hours, and exchange is possible for other products, not refund.

Special Considerations

  • International orders are not eligible for return/refund/exchange except for damaged items, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products made on a Pre-Order basis or urgent dispatch upon customer request are final sale unless damaged.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available where the customer is unreachable, has provided incorrect shipping info, or has caused non-delivery.

Product Characteristics Disclaimer

Due to handcrafting and regional techniques, slight variations in weaving, color spread, and design (especially in hand-painted, handwoven, or Kalamkari items) are normal. These irregularities do not qualify as defects and cannot be grounds for return or refund.

Refund Payment Process

  • Refunds for COD orders will only be processed via net banking upon verification.

  • Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

  • The refunded amount excludes any non-refundable shipping charges.
