Delivery time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

We use only trusted courier partners, including FedEx, UPS, and Delhivery, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Usual delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of Order Confirmation (depending on the product).

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require customer confirmation before dispatch.

Additional timelines may apply:

Ready-to-Wear Sarees: Extra 7 business days.

Customized Products (e.g., blouse stitching): Extra 7–10 business days.

Handcrafted Products: May take 15–20 business days for dispatch.

International Shipping (Outside India)

Shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the weight of the order.

Handcrafted products: May take 10-15Â business days for getting Delivered to the Customer.

Customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping partner upon delivery. These charges depend on the destination country’s regulations.
Urgent Orders
For urgent deliveries within a shorter timeframe, please confirm with the BLUTEN MARKETING LIMITED team before placing your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders will be dispatched only after customer confirmation via call, message, or email.

If no confirmation is received within 3 days of the first attempt, the order will be canceled.

If delivery is unsuccessful:

A second attempt will be made only after reconfirmation.

If the third attempt fails, additional shipping charges will apply. If unpaid, the order will be canceled, and no future orders will be entertained from that customer.

Note: COD is not available for Jewellery orders. Jewellery orders must be prepaid.
Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
Delays Beyond Our Control

In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to reasons outside our control.

If the delay exceeds 2 weeks beyond the estimated delivery time, we will contact you to confirm if you would still like to proceed with your order.
